Mr. Sharma has been a CAD draftsman and designer since 2002 in water supply, sewerage systems, roads and drainage systems.

He mostly designs 2D drawings and models using AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, MS Excel and MS Word.
He has been designing for many government projects, such as follows:
• From 2014-15, he worked with Jammu and Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency on framing specifications and reviewing design aspects for networks.

• From 2013 to 14, he was working with Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited to improve water supply facility in Bhagalpur, Gaya and Darbhanga towns of Bihar. He undertook soil investigations and verified survey drawings, designed and reviewed water supply distribution network, optimized designs of water supply networks, prepared detailed scheme reports, created distribution network drawings and designed for rehabilitation of water pipelines.

• From 2013 to 15, he worked with Public Health Engineering Department, government of Rajasthan. Preparation of detailed civil, mechanical and engineering designs; detailed design engineering of water supply distribution network and preparation of the detailed drawings and cost estimates.

• From 2007-08, he worked on a reverse engineering project with a client outside India where initial designs were marked and he created detailed layouts.

• From 2005-06, he worked on a project with R&D design center of Maryland County. It involved residential, industrial and commercial site planning and infrastructure development relating water supply.

He makes use of phone and email to communicate with clients. He prefers face to face meetings to discuss projects, however he also uses Skype and WhatsApp to connect with distant clients and to transfer drawings that have been modified.

Mr. Bhoopathiraju has been designing CAD-based projects since 2000. He is a certified electrical engineer. He has been designing mainly on AutoCAD for the US and Germany-based clients. He believes that his planning and organizational skills, along with problem-solving attitude with a competence in industry knowledge has helped him carve a successful career.

Of all the projects that he has worked on, the most interesting CAD project that he has ever worked on was the one where he had to work for hospital and hotel building services. It includes HVAC, electrical and plumbing service with coordination.

His favorite software is AutoCAD. He likes the filter command most, and likes to use it to search any object in a sheet easily.

A few of his favorite projects are as follows:

He worked on a project for an Institute in Taiwan for twelve months on AutoCAD. His role involved preparation of all general arrangement and rebar shop drawings, preparation of site plan, survey layout and scheme with coordinates.

The challenge was to maintain and control the documents of drawings and submission to the client, which he successfully carried out.

For another project, he worked for commando facilities in Afghanistan. He worked for three months on AutoCAD. His role included drafting in CAD, electric light plans, telecommunications networks, automatic fire detection systems and HVAC fittings plans. He was involved in designing a site with required buildings.
He worked for a Project on architectural plans, elevations and sections. He designed using AutoCAD 2000. The role involved editing and finalizing.

He worked on a project for a company in Germany where he had to design using Auto CAD 2000. His role included editing and finalizing. This was an architectural project consisting of floor plans, elevations and sections. He processed these drawings indicating walls, windows, and doors. The text was designed in German. The layer names for the objects were also in German. He also processed room-polygons to easily find an area by using AutoCAD List command.

For a project in Parcel Mapping (GIS), he worked for a client from Italy. He designed using AutoCAD. His role involved editing and finalizing. He was involved in the preparation of parcels, roads and water bodies. The drawing were converted from image format to vector format. He designed using AutoCAD MAP 2004 and Wagis2002. He performed the conversion, editing and finalizing.

He has worked on a project for San Antonio Water System for two months. He was involved in drafting with a team. He prepared overview sheets, plans, sections, cross sections, longitudinal sections of sewer line in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

C. P. Palacio

Mr. Palacio is an industrial designer and a product engineer. He makes a range of products for kids such as robots, kid play pools, bubble machines, inflatable toys, and air pumps. He has a background in engineering with excellent skills in 3D modeling.

He started his career as an industrial design intern with a manufacturer in China that creates quality innovative plastic products. He was involved with an international team for development of inflatable products. He worked with R&D engineers to generate new product development using Pro/Engineer CAD, CAM, CAE software to design new and innovative shapes with PVC sheets and rigid plastics.

Since January 2016 to present, he has been working in Shanghai. He designed a kid’s robot called Otto DIY. It is a 3D printable bipedal robot that comes to use of educating kids at STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics).

From March 2014 to December 2018, he worked on the development of inflatable summer leisure products for a manufacturer in China. He has been working on the designs of inflatable hot tubs, furniture, water sport products and toys for children with reputed brands such as Disney, Mattel and other licenses. He designed and developed more than a hundred projects in a year and successfully launched them in retail market.

From April 2014 to November 2015, he worked on Plobot in China. During this period he designed a tangible programming robot for children above four years age to enhance logical thinking and basic coding skills.

From March 2013 to February 2014, he worked in Copacabana, Colombia. During this period he was involved in research, development and marketing of cryo-therapy and thermotherapy products and sublimation graphic process applied to polyester fabrics. He was working on sampling of ideas to be manufactured.

From June 2012 to February 2013, he worked in Medellin, Colombia. During this period he designed and created animatronics characters for theme parks and shopping malls.

Mr. Palacio has received many awards and recognitions during the course of his creative journey. Some of them are as follows:
