Design Presentation Associates guarantees the quality of our work. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will rework the job until you are fully satisfied. If we are unable to meet your expectations, you don’t pay.
The only exception is when we tell you in advance that the quality of the inputs is poor (text not clear, etc.) and that we can only attempt the job on a best efforts basis.
